Visit Scotland Tourist Centre

Having been in need of external repair for many years, we were commissioned by Visit Scotland to carry out a full architectural service for repair to a Listed Building. 

We negotiated on behalf of the client, the complexities renewing a roof which is barley accessible, due to 24/7 vehicular access on two elevations with adjoining properties elsewhere.  

Our services for this project included preparation & submission of both Listed Building Consent and Full Planning permission.  We also prepare a detailed written specifications and drawings to be costed by the project's QS, providing the client with a cost plan prior to progressing work.

We then sought contractors tenders on behalf of the client, and administered a contract between the contractor and client for the duration of the project.   This included regular meetings with the project team to resolve any issues arising.
