A project within the master plan was the restoration and conversion into offices, of an original 'Gutter's Hut' from Lerwick's 19th century fishing era.
The practice also designed and oversaw the construction of a new waterside walkway around the edge of the business park, linking through to the later development of Hay's Dock.
The image below shows the 'Gutters Hut' building with green cladding. Our firm designed the conversion and restoration of the original Gutter's Hut into a modern lettable multi-office space.
